Christel Pauwels

Walloon Brabant (French, English)

Psychoanalyst, therapist, trainer and Heart&Soul companion, I am happy today to introduce you to my passion for Qoya!

After a long journey of introspection and knowledge about myself, I created my own global method to reconnect with one's essence and uniqueness. The Qoya was added to allow this reconnection to one's essence to be set in motion through the movements of the body. We look forward to introducing you to it and dancing together!

Katie

Wezembeek-Oppem and Brussels (French, English, Dutch)

Hi I'm Katie, born and raised in Belgium but flew out my wings years ago to live and work in Paris, Mexico and Panama. Back in Belgium with my Italian hubby and sweet daughter Giselle, I continue to work as a Soul's Calling Coach. My passion is to help transform women their stuckness, confusion and self-doubt to clarity, conviction and purpose-aligned action so they can create the work and life in alignment with who they truly are.

Dancing Qoya always reconnects me to my deepest core: the wise Crone, the playful Maiden, the creative Mother and the sensual Enchantress we, as women, all are. Every time I teach Qoya I feel honored to guide women on their own path of soul connection. It's deep, energizing and crazy fun!

My classes are mostly in English but I adapt easily according to the different language present (Dutch, French, Spanish and a little Italian ;-)). Be welcome in Brussels and beyond!

Anne Sophie

Rochefort, Ciney (French)

Anne-Sophie, I love movement, living things, nature and people. I offer Qoya workshops as an opportunity to connect to our power to act in the world, from where and who we are, through our movements and our intentions. Each workshop is linked to human rights here and elsewhere. Everything is donated to Amnesty International and Survival International. Come and contribute to a more harmonious world.

Laura Dethier

Robertville (French, German)

Throughout my life, I have developed various skills through the different professions I have practiced. I cultivated caring for others and helping relationships by working first as an oncology and palliative care nurse and then as a clinical sexologist. I subsequently developed skills in team, project and change management and finally returned to the human through dance. Recently, I developed my ability to feel and my connection to the invisible through meditation and Qoya.

Christelle Geron

Hannut (French)

Psychologist and mindfulness meditation instructor, I found in qoya a way to live and transmit the joy and pleasure of dancing while exploring other aspects of ourselves.

Dancing makes me feel so good and participating in the development of other people through the feelings of movement fills me with joy and gratitude.

In my experience, qoya allows us to let go of what can be let go of, to inhabit our bodies and move as we feel is right for us without worrying about what others think.

I co-host all our qoya sessions with my dear colleague Sabine Keppenne at the Respire Centre in Hannut.

Classes on Tuesday morning and Thursday evening (1x/month).

    Sabine Keppenne

    Wasseiges (French)

Dynamic sophrologist, Ikigaï & Hypersensitivity coach, I support atypical people in their search for meaning, to follow their momentum & to dare to assume the multiple facets of their personality.

The Qoya offers me the great chance to color these same goals in free movements & music!

    What I love most?

Facilitate a Qoya class, transmit joy, bring pep, create bonds & brighten up the daily lives of my Qoya sisters.

I co-facilitate Qoya classes with Christelle Geron at the Respire Center in Hannut as well as during our Mindfulness Meditation & Sophrology retreats.

    Priscilla Genicot

    Mons (French)

Hi, I'm Priscilla, I'm a collective intelligence facilitator and Qoya teacher.
My ultimate pleasure? To keep the bond alive and allow us to live better together.

In a world where everything goes at crazy speed, we sometimes forget to really connect (to ourselves & to others)
In the moments that I facilitate, we take our time, we discover each other, we connect, we relax and all that without ever losing our smile and with a touch of humor.

I create spaces where you can be yourself, let go and flourish without moderation. These spaces take the form of speaking circles, support groups, Qoya classes or even retreats abroad.
